We make every effort to ensure you will be more than satisfied with your personalized doormat but in the event that you are not, we will welcome your return. Some things of note however:

• We gladly accept returns of unused, non-custom merchandise within 30 days. .
• Custom doormats may not be returned.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
